Simply send us an email to you to email@example.com within 30 days of receiving your items describing the issue. Our customer support team will be happy to help, send a replacement or refund your order completely.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
As soon as we receive your returned item(s), we will initiate a refund of the purchase price of your items (excl. the shipping fee in case you paid for shipping).
